STUDIO TERMS, POLICIES, AND CONDITIONS

I. LATE/RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

A. REFUNDS:  Horse and Serpent does not refund any services. No exceptions. Deposits are nonrefundable.

B. NO-SHOW: If delayed 15 minutes or more, it will be considered a no-show and the client will be charged the FULL price of the service.

C. CANCELLATION: You may cancel your appointment for a partial refund: Cancellations 7+ days before appointment, forfeit deposit. Cancellations less than 7 days’ before appointment, must forfeit 50% of the price of the service (e.g. full price if no promo code used).

D. RESCHEDULING: An additional 20% deposit is required for any rescheduled appointments. All deposits will go towards the service, unless cancelled. Only 1 reschedule allowed per service.

E. COMPLIMENTARY TOUCHUPS: may be rescheduled 1 time as long as it is within the 6-8 week window. If the new date is outside this window, the complimentary touchup is no longer valid and a touchup fee will be required.

II. DISCOUNT/MODEL CODES:

A. REBOOKING: If you cancel or are a no-show, you may rebook using the discount/model code ONLY if it has not yet expired.

B. NO-SHOW: If you are a model or received a discount code to book and you are a no-show, you will be charged the original price (e.g. non-promo/discounted price aka FULL AMOUNT).

III. GUESTS:

A. GUESTS: Adult guests and children (with supervision) are welcome to wait in the lobby.
