STUDIO TERMS, POLICIES, AND CONDITIONS

I. LATE/RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

A. REFUNDS:  Horse and Serpent does not refund any services. No exceptions. Deposits are nonrefundable.

B. NO-SHOW: If delayed 15 minutes or more (with or without a call to artist), it will be considered a no-show and the client will be charged the FULL price of the service.

C. CANCELLATION: You may cancel at any time but your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.

D. RESCHEDULING: Only 1 reschedule allowed per service and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours notice will result in client having to rebook - original appointment is cancelled. The original deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred to the new appointment.

E. COMPLIMENTARY TOUCHUPS: may be rescheduled 1 time as long as it is within the 6-8 week window. If the new date is outside this window, the complimentary touchup is no longer valid and a touchup fee is required.

II. DISCOUNT/MODEL CODES:

A. REBOOKING: If you cancel or are a no-show, you may rebook using the discount/model code ONLY if it has not yet expired.

B. NO-SHOW: If you are a model or received a discount code to book and you are a no-show, you will be charged the original price (e.g. non-promo/discounted price aka FULL AMOUNT).

III. GUESTS:

A. GUESTS: Adult guests and children (with supervision) are welcome to wait in the lobby.
